CREASE

Without question the most outrageously fun music project I have ever been blessed to be a part of… And no surprise. Not everyone gets to start a psychedelic rock band with two of their best friends.

This is the Artwork of the debut Album entitled ‘The Everglades’ by our band ~ Crease, drawn by hand in ink.

The band was first conceived during the final year of my Art Degree. I met my two musical copilots at University where we spent endless hours jamming, listening to music and playing shows. Many a wild party was had too, naturally. The three glassy-eyed, amphibious rock and rollers sitting at the bar, enjoying a hearty smorgasbord of substances are of course the three band members. I chose this colourful cartoonesque / surrealist style, almost reminiscent of 1990’s rock art, as a subtle tribute to some of our key musical influences echoed in the songs.
